Hoarwithy is a small village in the civil parish of Hentland in Herefordshire. I was commissioned to paint a sign that depicted the beauty of the village and its surroundings. Hoarwithy sits on the banks of the River Wye which is very picturesque and nestled within the village lies the beautiful Victorian church which was designed by the architect John Pollard Seddon, its design encompasses Italianate and romanesque revival architecture so it makes for a truly thrilling sight. With all this combined this made painting the sign very enjoyable and rewarding.
